KLCOA Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws – Enacted Sept 7, 2023
The Ontario Not-For-Profit Corporations Act (2010) required all Not-For Profit organizations to make changes to their bylaws to become compliant by October 2024. The KLCOA made a number of changes to their bylaws and enacted them as of Sept 7, 2023.
