Volunteers STILL Needed!!
As the snow melts and we gear up for the summer season, the melting snow reveals the sparkle of discarded cans, the squashed coffee cups and other litter. We need your help to keep our lakeside area clean and litter free.
Nothing is more glamourous than spending King Charles’s Coronation weekend decked out in your best rubber boots with a bright orange safety vest cleaning up the Commonwealth.
Kennisis Lake County Rd from Westshore to Landfill site. Friday May 5. Meet at the Hydro Parking opposite Westshore at 1pm. WE HAVE 2 VOLUNTEERS…WE NEED AT LEAST 12 TO RUN. VOLUNTEERS WILL BE NOTIFIED ON MAY 4 IF CANCELLED.
Cottage roads – Saturday May 6, 1-3 pm. Meet up at 1 at the greenspace between Kennisis & Little Kennisis at 1 pm. You will be given a section of road closest to your address. WE STILL NEED VOLUNTEEERS FOR MANY ROADS AROUND THE LAKE….WATTS ROAD IS COVERED BUT WE NEED MORE FOR THE REST OF THE ROADS.
