KLCOA Board of Director Elections 2025
At the Annual Meeting of the KLCOA in March 2025 elections will be held for the next Board of Directors. Current directors wishing to run again must stand for re-election along with any new candidates.
With many programs and initiatives, the Board is very much a working board. Each Director is encouraged to take on at least one portfolio and/or major project. There are a minimum of six board meetings per year, a mix of face-to-face meetings and ZOOM conference calls. You must be a KLCOA member in good standing to be elected to the Board.
We are currently accepting nominations. We’re looking for candidates with energy and a desire to serve our community. We are especially looking for, but not limited to, new directors with skills in website administration as well as expertise or keen interest in government relations, building community, stewardship of our environment, boating safety and engaging our next generation.

If you are interested, please contact the Nomination Committee with any questions you may have. You will be required to submit the nomination/consent to run form as well as a 4 or 5 sentence paragraph about who you are, your skill sets, why you want to run, and a cottage-themed photo of yourself, which will be published to the membership after Feb 15, 2025.
