| Fall Roadside Cleanup Kennisis Lake Road Side Clean Thank you to a large group of cottagers who volunteered to clean up the roadsides that surround our beautiful lake on Oct 1 and 2.. Sadly, it needs to be done and sadly, we once again collected a rather large amount of refuse. A huge thank you to John Smith, Beverly Vanstone,mMargaret Cox, Tiina MacKey Thorna & Denis Lawrence and Merle and Jan Brown… together we cleaned up all the roadside garbage from Kennisis Lake county rd 7 from Rough Stone Trail to Kennisis Landfill rd !! This section of County Rd has been adopted by the KLCOA and we have a duty to clean it up at least once a year. It took almost 3 hours for the group to clean up the roadside. We are thankful that the sun was shining! A huge thank you to Natalie Wood for her continued dedication to the Roadside Clean Up Initiative.     |
