An Important Message From the CHA
While the C.H.A. does not get involved in supporting individual candidates many of our members have asked that we draft a one pager to encourage lakefront property owners to vote.
The upcoming election is critical for the future health of our lakes as there is a lot at stake.
Many of the candidates have track records either on Council or volunteering with lake associations of caring about and taking actions to protect our lakes.
On the other side we have a candidate that does not see why a 30 year old septic system with a steel tank should be inspected as long as the toilet flushes and we have a candidate who would like to see the right to vote taken away from cottagers and seasonal residents.
